Apartment Acqua is one of the four apartments catering to tourists. The apartment is very spacious and tastefully furnished. There is a beautiful swimming pool with parasols and lounges to relax and enjoy the unforgettable view over the Tuscan countryside.

The friendly and helpful owners live in a house on the property of the agritourismo and are very committed to the guests pleasure. Thanks to the strategic position, it is an ideal base for visiting Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 4 EUR/m3).
-wood costs 5 EUR/set.
-the use of the washing machine costs 5 EUR/wash.
