The Parco Acqua Santa thermal spa is 250 metres and offers a discount to guests of the Moderno Hotel. This spa town has a picturesque location in the Val di Chiana valley, 15 minutes' drive from Montepulciano, famous for its red wine.
All rooms are elegant and modern, with air conditioning and an LCD TV with satellite and pay-per-view channels. Some have a hydromassage bath or a balcony overlooking the garden.
Free wellness facilities include a fitness centre with TechnoGym equipment, a Turkish bath and hydromassage showers. Chromotherapy and Halotherapy treatments are also provided. Water aerobics lessons take place every day and the tennis courts are always available.
Breakfast is buffet style, while the à la carte restaurant offers a wide choice of fine wines and desserts prepared by the chef.
