Renovated residence "Podere La Massa" consists of a detached house and 8 apartments. It is surrounded by olive groves, fields and it enjoys view over the Chianti hills. Each apartment has its private outdoor area fenced by hedges. "La Massa" is situated 5 km from the centre of Badia a Coltibuono and 15 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti. A few kilometres away there are the Castello di Brolio (18 km), Meleto (14 km), Vertine (12 km) and Badia a Coltibuono and Spaltenna.

In the apartment, which is located on the ground floor, you will find facilities like satellite-TV and a stove. There is a small patio with terrace furniture. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you.

There is a volley ball court, mini-football pitch and children playground. For shared use there is a natural garden and an outdoor swimming pool of 14 x 7 m, opened from 07-05 to 01-10 with an outside shower. In the house there is a washing machine for shared use. Motor access to the house (4 km via unmade road). Parking space is available by the house.

Within 5 km you can find several shops and restaurant. The railway station of Montevarchi is 10 km way from the accommodation. Please note that having a car is essential. The photograph is a typical example.
