Situated 7 km from San Gimignano along the ancient Via Francigena on a property of 240 hectares, planted with olive groves, vines and woods. A number of old eighteenth century homesteads have been renovated in full respect of the original structure. An independent farmhouse has been divided into 2 apartments: Cedda and Linari. Another independent farmhouse is divided into following apartments: Brabancia, Svevia, Tuscia and Olsatia. The flats (16 in all, with independent entrance) have been furnished in rustic style with a few antique pieces and are equipped with sat TV. In the garden there is a communal pool. It is possible to taste and purchase the wines produced on the estate and the extra-virgin olive oil. For shared use there is a swimming pool (7 x 14 m, 01.05.-10.10.)and an outside shower, garden furniture and barbecue.
