Food & beverage

The hotel restaurant offers the region's most famous dishes, including fresh fish, brought in daily from the Tyrrhenian coast. The restaurant enjoys beautiful views over the majestic towers of San Gimignano and the rolling, green hills of the Val d'Elsa.

Every dish can be accompanied by the best Tuscan and Italian wines, including the local Vernaccia wine from San Gimignano.

During the warmer months you can also dine at the poolside bar, Pied Dans L'Eau.

Please note, access to the wellness centre comes at extra charge. The wellness centre is closed every Monday.
